CUSTOMER is the KING. Perhaps a blatant lie which most of the organisations resort to. How many times have you been treated like a king? I won’t ask about the consistency. Often we don’t smile at customer, overlook our commitments, come up with lame excuses and do many things that makes the customer think not to comeback to you later.
